EXECUTIVE SUMMARY & Business Plan link
Our Product is a keyless remote entry system on a cellular phone
that will unlock both the car, home, garage and office doors. It
will also start your car and open the trunk. Also, the lock is a
network communications interface cell phone built into the door
lock to receive calls to unlock/lock the door when you're not
present, but someone outside the door is present with another cell
phone that you are talking too.
It is patented until the year December 12, 2018. We have an US
outsource company that can produce both the home/office lock and
cell phone for a cost of goods sold price of $1,000 per unit. This
would be for the first 200 units. Overseas, outsourcing would be
about estimated
at $200 per unit, for larger quantities, although we have not
contacted any yet.
The cell phone is an icon oriented interface on the keys.
Utilizing four modes, rolling (frequency) codes, PIN codes EEPROM
asterisk (like your ATM number), speech recognition, and Infrared.
We are looking for licensing the patent to manufacturing
companies. Royalties would be at 9% per unit, with a cash payment
of $500,000 per license, non-exclusive. We will also, take
alliances and joint ventures,
partners or VC.

I live in Saskatchewan Canada, I am certified
organic in my operation needing to expand to meet demands of

can be used in portable work sites construction sites offices
movie location sites trailers, rvs log cabins, homes and can be a
do it yourself project..general considerations, mobile home fire
response system would operate somewhat like the water sprinkler
systems installed in many businesses .it would be capable of
detecting a fire and automatically spraying water onto the blaze
so it can be extinguished. the system would consist primarily of
1/2 inch galvanized steel pipes, sprinkler heads and a main water
line. the main water inlet to the trailer home would be linked to
the galvanized pipes installed at ceiling rafters, one primary
horizontal pipe would extend from length of the home with many
perpendicular extension pipes being directed to the ceiling of the
rooms. the extension pipes would enter different rooms and would
be different lengths depending upon the room configurations of the
home. the system would provide complete sprinkler coverage for the
living room, bedrooms, closets, kitchen, bathroom. the entire
configuration could measure approximately 70 feet long by 24 feet
wide. installed at the end of each galvanized pipe extension would
be a sprinkler head. each head would be equipped with a heat
detection unit, once automatically triggered in the event of a
fire, the sprinkler head would open this would dispense
pressurized water all over the particular room to extinguish the
fire. regardless of weather the home is occupied or vacant, the
system would quickly extinguish the blaze. this system could be
offered in a kit form for installation. it is ideally suited for
mobile home applications, and could also be used in various
recreational vehicle applications.

Dear Sir,
I am the proprietor of the only Canine hand rearing and whelping clinic in the UK. I have been
hand rearing new born and premature puppies for about 10 years and have in that time never found any feeding equipment that is safe and reliable for the purpose. this prompted me to design a feeding system that will feed safely any breed of puppy or kitten that has to be hand reared, it will also feed cleft palate puppies until they are of an age to undergo corrective surgery. I am looking for a manufacturer to produce and market the feeder on
license, with royalties to the clinic. You will be aware that the worldwide canine and feline pet and show world is huge and the potential for my new design is globally enormous in the right hands. Research and innovation in this field is sadly

Marine-rescue-balloon
Purpose of advertising: I needs a partner to fund my project for
marketing my invention, around 50K USD will be needed to fund the
project. And the partner who contribute the money will be eligible
to share 25% of the benefit that can be from the licensing payment.
The brief description of the device:
It is a special designed balloon, it has double layers, in external
layer is made of rubber, and inner layer is made of fabric to
protect the rubber; The seal cap is attached with a rob in cylinder
shape, inside which there is pressured gas, after the cap can be
screwed into the balloon, the cylinder containing gas will be
staying inside the balloon, a switch placed outside the balloon can
control the release of the gas in case of emergent case.
If we can design a two knot balloon, it can be used to block the
leakage by inserting into the leaking hole.
The size of balloon can be variable to the size of ship and
different type of application.
The application of such balloon:
1, The inflatable balloon can be deployed at the both ship sides, in
case of collision, inflate the balloon, it can provide the buoyancy
that can prevent the ship from sinking; 2, it can be deployed in
each hold of civilian ship and military ship, in case of collision,
the balloon can be inflated to full fill the whole hold, so the ship
will can keep floating over water until it can be rescued. 3, if we
diversified one knot balloon into two knot balloon, it can be used
to block the leakage. In case of collision causes a hole on the
ship, the balloon can be inserted into the hole and be inflated, so
the leakage can be blocked. It will secure the ship and crew
members' lives; In leakage happens in the oil tank, the balloon can
be inserted by the rescue worker from the outside, so the leakage of
oil can be stopped. By doing this, it can avoid huge environmental
disaster. 4, such balloon can also be deployed in the submarine. If
the submarine loses power and control, such rescue balloons can be
released, it can raise up the submarine to the surface of the water,
so it can rescue the lives and submarine. I believe the tragedy of
Russian Nuclear submarine would not have happened if such product
was available. 5, if can be used to raise the marine wreckage from
the see bottom 6, Use it to setup a platform on the water in fast
manner.

A few years ago I became fond of gardening and went
out to buy something from the garden center, thinking it would be
readily available and that all gardeners would own a few. I was
wrong. After searching high and low all over England, I
could only arrive at the conclusion that I had invented something. I
therefore registered the design and then spoke to other gardeners,
who all thought it a brilliant idea and said they would buy them. I
also contacted the big multiple outlet retailers who all voiced keen
interest. I got as far as having prototypes manufactured but then
illness caused me to shelve the project until now. I am convinced
that the product would sell in huge numbers since
almost all gardners would buy a few most years and they can be made
very cheaply. I am stony broke now and therefore unable to continue
